About the Role:

The Injection Molding Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process within the retail trade industry by operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all molded products meet precise specifications and quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production runs, and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
