Part-Time Market Associate

Hunt Club Farm is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Market Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while helping maintain an inviting, clean, and well-stocked market environment. The Hunt Club Farm Market serves as a destination for flowers, seasonal merchandise, specialty items, snacks, beverages, and farm-related goods, while also acting as the main hub for guests visiting the petting farm.

Schedule & Availability
  • Parttime position: 2030 hours per week
  • Market hours are 9:30 AM 6:15 PM, 7 days a week
  • Must have open availability and be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods. Weekends in October are mandatory.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Upsell products and make recommendations to increase sales.
  • Operate cash registers and accurately handle cash, credit card, and electronic transactions.
  • Perform basic math calculations and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Stock, rotate, organize, and replenish merchandise throughout the market.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves remain full and presentable.
  • Keep the market, surrounding areas, and guestfacing spaces clean and organized.
  • Assist guests with questions regarding market products, farm activities, and general information.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completion without constant supervision.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to management.
  • Support all aspects of daily market operations as needed.
  • Contribute positively to the team and assist with special projects and seasonal activities.
