About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Hunter to join our team as an Individual Contributor focused on selling services. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and brings a deep network of industry relationships.
As a solo contributor, you'll own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - with a clear target of delivering $4 million in new business annually. If you're passionate about building client relationships and driving revenue growth in a service-based industry, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the services sector.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales target.
  • Leverage your existing Rolodex of contacts to rapidly build a qualified pipeline.
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies for high-value prospects.
  • Sell IT services and solutions to a mix of enterprise and SMB clients across various industries Partner with hyperscalers and product companies to explore reselling and subcontracting opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction post-sale.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in the service-based industry (e.g., IT services, consulting, professional services).
  • Proven track record as a top-performing hunter with ability to independently generate and close large deals.
  • Strong industry Rolodex with access to key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Comfortable working as a solo contributor - self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available).
