Job description

Requires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent Job Description: The Contractor Supports CI/HUMINT Characterization (CHARC) of human networks; conducts analysis and database maintenance to support counterintelligence and HUMINT operations. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Contractor shall provide CI/HUMINT analysis, CI/HUMINT targeting, collection management, utilization of CI/HUMINT databases, and utilization of CI/HUMINT systems in support of MARCENT forces. * Contractor shall develop and review MARCENT CI/HUMINT requirements, targeting support, and analytical products in order to draft recommendations for submission to higher, adjacent, and supporting units.

* Contractor shall manage classified reports and briefs in accordance with protocol, as appropriate. Required Qualifications * * Four+ years' experience in CI/HUMINT analysis * Two+ years' experience in CI/HUMINT collection management * One year theater- or operational-level collection management experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Current passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUS Education Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent Security Clearance Requirements: * TS/SCI Physical, Work Environment & Conditions: (please update) * Typical office environment: * Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods. * Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.

* Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30-50 pounds. * Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components. * Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.

* Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights. * Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation. * May require walking between different buildings or workstations.
