About the Opportunity

Becks Quality Cabinets is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative / HR Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is a well-rounded role that combines accounting support, administrative coordination, HR administration, customer service, front-desk responsibilities, and executive support.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office environment, maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Support
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
  • Process and maintain invoicing documentation
  • Perform purchase order (PO) matching
  • Assist with check handling and record maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain financial documentation and records
  • Track business expenses and assist with financial reporting
  • Support commission statement preparation
  • Assist with lien waiver administration
  • Maintain accurate accounting documentation and filing systems
Administrative & Office Support
  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and business documentation
  • Coordinate filing and document management activities
  • Assist management with meeting agendas, notes, and reporting
  • Support executive and leadership team administrative needs
Customer Service & Front Desk Operations
