Schedule Available: 9-5 pm, M-F (flexible)

General Duties:

  • Answering phones and making appointments
  • Assisting with the intake process
  • Note taking
  • Making copies, faxing, filing
  • Assisting with community outreach
  • Assist with creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests
