We are currently seeking two Entry-Level Utility Persons to join our team at Gary Plant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality Assurance team with maintaining quality standards and procedures.
- Assist with inspections, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Help investigate quality concerns and work with team members to identify solutions.
- Learn and follow quality control processes and safety procedures.
- Participate in quality-related training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel between operating facilities may be required.
- Perform all job duties with a Safety-First mindset.
Qualifications:
- Must pass assessment (QA test)
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or quality experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus).
