Overview:

The Human Resources Associate plays a key role in supporting the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This position provides day-to-day HR support across employee engagement, talent management, HR operations, onboarding, workplace coordination, and employee relations initiatives. The HR Associate partners closely with employees, managers, Talent Acquisition, Facilities, and the broader HR team to ensure a positive employee experience while supporting business objectives and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment practices.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about people. They possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a desire to grow their career in Human Resources.


You Will Own:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including workspace readiness, equipment requests, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain office seating assignments and desk mapping to support employee moves, team growth, and workplace planning.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR programs.
  • Ensure HR documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Employee Relations Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating matters when appropriate.
  • Support HR leadership with employee relations investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct and administer exit interviews, analyze feedback trends, and prepare reports to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Promote understanding and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

Talent Management & Development

  • Support annual performance review and talent planning processes.
  • Assist in coordinating employee development and training initiatives.
  • Track participation and completion of learning and development programs.
  • Help maintain organizational charts, succession planning information, and talent-related data.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Coordinate new hire check-ins throughout the onboarding period to assess employee experience, answer questions, and facilitate successful integration into the organization.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Gather employee feedback and support initiatives that improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with HR team members to promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Support internal communications related to HR programs and company updates.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
