You'll coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee training, and HR projects while working alongside an experienced HR team. What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate recruiting activities including posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage onboarding logistics by initiating background checks, collecting new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation, and ensuring new employees have the equipment, system access, and resources they need for a successful first day.
  • Coordinate employee training by scheduling Lunch & Learn sessions, tracking training completion, maintaining training records, and assisting with the implementation of the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, prepare reports, update employee information in ADP, publish HR communications, and support department projects while providing excellent customer service to employees.


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, recruiting coordination, office administration, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn systems such as ADP and applicant tracking software.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and follow-through.


Physical Requirements

An office-based position requiring prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and occasional standing or walking throughout the facility. May occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds and attend recruiting events or job fairs.
