What You'll Do
  • Lead and administer the performance management process, including 30/60/90-day plans, reviews, goal setting, career pathways, feedback, and progressive discipline.
  • Manage ADP Workforce Now or equivalent HCM systems, including data integrity, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and user support.

  • Maintain accurate, controlled HR records and documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
  • Coach supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance, policies, and workplace issues.

  • Partner with the HR Director on policies, audits, vendors, compliance, and special projects.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HCM system.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and HRIS administration.
  • Experience with workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
  • Manufacturing, construction, or modular industry experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and document/records control preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office/Excel skills; Power BI or analytics experience is a plus.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Why This Role Matters
This position isn't simply about maintaining HR processes-it's about building better systems, developing people, supporting leaders, and creating opportunities for employees to succeed. You'll play a key role in strengthening HR operations while helping CMC grow a culture built around accountability, development, integrity, and second chances.
