ISA Corporation Alabama is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR Generalist / HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. This position works closely with management and employees to ensure compliance, promote a positive workplace culture, and support overall plant operations.

HR Generalist / HR Coordinator

Pay: $27.50 - $29 per hour, based upon experience

ISA Alabama Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-quality latex rubber products. We are committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Recruit, screen, and onboard new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR compliance documentation
  • Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Handle employee relations professionally and confidentially
  • Support plant safety initiatives and training programs
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Partner with management on performance management and disciplinary actions
  • Assist with HR reporting and general administrative duties
Requirements/Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Shift/Schedule
  • 8 - hour days
  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
