The Department
The Human Resources & Administration (HRA) department manages the full employee lifecycle for all NAG (North America Group) staff across four countries (USA, Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica) and supports multiple lines of business. Our scope includes recruitment, career development, benefits and leave administration, payroll, and overall HR operations. Guided by our core values: People, People, People; Customer Focus; Community Responsibility; and Excellence Through Quality, the HRA team ensures employees are supported, leaders are empowered, and our organization continues to grow with the right talent in the right roles.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist and back up the Sr. HR Data Specialist
    • Administer, track, and monitor staff movements, headcount requests, and employee information updates including data entry into multiple platforms.
  • HR Generalist accountabilities of:
    • Manage the HR functional mailbox and HR main phone line, ensuring timely responses and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members
    • Employee Handbook annual renewal and update coordination
    • HR related vendor invoice processing
    • Employee Recognition administration and reporting
    • Employee Introductory review administration and coordination
    • Provide support for the annual employee review cycle, assisting with goal-setting launch, system entries, and coordination of the year-end performance review process.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma and 5 years HR administration / HR operations work experience
