Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will partner closely with the Office Manager and organizational leaders to support employee benefits, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and Human Resources operations across the organization.

Requirements
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Office Manager to provide comprehensive Human Resources support across the organization, sharing responsibilities and collaborating to ensure consistent, high-quality service throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, applicants, supervisors, and leadership while serving as a trusted Human Resources resource.
  • Assist in evaluating and improving Human Resources processes, workflows, employee communications, and overall employee experience.
  • Participate in departmental projects, organizational initiatives, and other duties as assigned to support Human Resources objectives.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, Open Enrollment, employee communications, recordkeeping, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, and other leave-related processes while maintaining required documentation and compliance.
  • Provide guidance to supervisors and employees regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, performance documentation, and routine employee relations matters, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend strategies that support employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and hiring manager support.
  • Partner with the Office Manager to ensure an organized, welcoming, and consistent onboarding and orientation experience for new employees.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives, career fairs, and other workforce development activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Human Resources policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support audits, accreditation activities (including CARF and ACQ), reporting, and other compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee, organizational, and proprietary information.
