Job description

HR Operations Coordinator

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator provides support to human resource operations processes at Consumer Cellular, Inc. This position provides administrative and clerical support in the day-to-day human resource operations activities. Duties may vary daily dependent on the needs of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send out To-Do Lists for employment changes including, conversions, terminations, promotions, demotions, name corrections, new hires/rehire etc.
  • Manage and maintain the HR communication channels and distribute to appropriate recipients including mail, Service Desk and HR Inbox
  • Maintain employee files and update ADP records, not limited to creating, tracking, completing checklists, shredding, filing and scanning
  • Support team with new hires, job changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations in ADP
  • Complete checklists for employee status changes
  • General administrative and clerical support for the site
  • Greet & check in visitors, deliveries, etc.
  • Respond to or coordinate responses to HR requests
  • Make calls regarding returned mail received
  • Manipulate ad-hoc reports to audit employee information for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist Leave Administrator with sending out leave communication as needed
  • Assist with benefits-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Confidentiality is a must.
  • 2 to 4 year college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years Human Resources experience preferred.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel including v lookups, pivot tables, and basic understanding of formulas and how to create them
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Process thinking
  • Strong knowledge of MS office suite of applications and aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability in a high level of aptitude using computers.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work individually as well as in group environment.

Pay & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $42,000 Maximum Salary: $52,500 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
