Summary
 
The HR Business Partner is responsible for driving short-term HR objectives and acting as a key HR lead within asset leadership teams. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, and organizational management. It involves implementing HR policies, coaching managers, and providing end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle to foster an engaged workforce.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR agenda for assigned assets and partner closely with asset leadership teams.
  • Provide HR business partner support across areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with line managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate with talent acquisition teams to ensure optimal resourcing.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on performance management, discipline, and related matters.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Support implementation and execution of HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Deliver end-to-end support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Perform additional HR duties as assigned.
