Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role at NGT, steering the comprehensive management of human resources functions.   • Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment legislation.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR information systems, particularly Bamboo HR.
