Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role at NGT, steering the comprehensive management of human resources functions. You will lead recruitment and onboarding processes, develop and oversee employee policies, manage relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Manager role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing comprehensive HR programs and processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment legislation.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR information systems, particularly Bamboo HR.
