Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Drive the 3-month Employee Engagement Project, maintaining timelines, coordinating with vendors, and managing the allocated budget.
  • Full-Cycle HR Exposure: Assist the HR team with daily operations across the employee lifecycle. You will gain hands on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding processes, HRIS data management, and performance management tracking with the guidance and supervision of HR professionals.
  • Cultural Champion: Develop initiatives that align with organizational behavior principles and current leadership theories to strengthen team cohesion and information flow across departments.
  • Feedback & Analysis: Design and distribute post-event surveys to measure engagement levels, analyze the data, and provide actionable recommendations for future HR initiatives.
  • Inclusive Design: Ensure all events and engagement strategies are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards, creating a welcoming environment for all staff.
  • Internal Communications: Draft compelling internal communications to promote upcoming events and encourage high participation rates.

Qualifications
