Human Resources Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR team. This role is highly detail-oriented and focused on maintaining accurate records, supporting daily HR functions, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain and organize employee files (both electronic and paper)
  • Accurately file, scan, and archive HR documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and process routine HR documents.
  • Ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal requirements
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics
  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events
  • Help gather employee feedback through surveys or engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1โ€“2 years of administrative or office support experience (HR experience preferred but not required)
