As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Human Resources professional in a collaborative environment where you'll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:
You'll play an integral role in supporting daily Human Resources operations, including:
  • Assisting with recruiting, interviewing and onboarding employees
  • Supporting benefits administration and employee communications
  • Assisting with payroll-related HR functions and maintaining the Paylocity HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
  • Responding to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and processes
  • Assisting with training initiatives, performance management, and employee engagement activities
  • Supporting policy updates, audits, reporting, and other compliance-related projects
  • Providing administrative support for the HR team while identifying opportunities to improve processes

Requirements
  • Experience working on a Human Resources team
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HRIS systems quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
