Job Description
  • Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relation concerns through investigation, and assisting with mediation efforts as appropriate to create positive
  • Employee relations contact for day to day Responsible for conflict resolution efforts.
  • Assist as an intermediary between Regional HR Director and operations
  • Ensure Federal & State Wage and Hour Compliance
  • Function as the “hands on” HR Manager for one or more
  • Assist in resolution of employee issues to resolve issues without
  • Ensure operations are in compliance with OSHA
  • Provide assistance with start-ups and facilitate New Hire
  • Ensure Enterprise system has accurate employee data for your
  • Ensure compliance of Equus training standards are met for your
  • Ensure Equus Compliance goals and standards are met for your
  • Federal / State Wage and Hour Audits: provide requested information for your
  • Recruit and post job openings for your
  • Conduct routine salary surveys for your operations as
  • Ensure HR training for supervisors in your
  • Assist supervisors with corrective action/performance improvement plan reviews
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in business management, human resources, psychology or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and
  • Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of management
  • Required knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • A fundamental understanding of computer processing including word processing and spreadsheet applications At least five years related experience and/or
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
