What you'll do:

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities may include maintaining records, assisting with creating/organizing various processes, supporting employee communications, and helping improve HR procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, you will:


  • Assist with HR Audits
  • Maintain and update HR records and trackers.
  • Assist with organizing employee files and documentation.
  • Support handbook and policy document management.
  • Help standardize file naming and recordkeeping processes.
  • Help compile HR reports and background check records.
  • Support office organization and administrative projects.
  • Other projects, as assigned


What's required:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or any business-related field.
  • Proven experience working in an office environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
  • You are willing to be a part of a small, dynamic, and innovative team while contributing your voice to all aspects of the CVN and its growth.
