Overview

As part of our dual strategy, we are working both on the intelligent combustion engine for the use of hydrogen and other nonfossil fuels and on technologies for fuel cells and e-mobility.

Your Contribution

As a Human Resources Business Partner you will be advisor for local management levels and departments and local first point of contact. The HRBP advises on HR policy, assists with the implementation of HR processes and supports leadership-related challenges and team development at a local level. Responsible for partnering with managers driving business success through implementation of effective HR activities in collaboration with CoEs.

  • Provide coaching to leaders on Talent Management/performance management and employee relations.
  • Support workforce planning and cost management (drive execution).
  • Track HR KPIs and analyze workforce data.
  • Advise managers on HR policies, legal matters.
  • Manage employee/labor relations.
  • Collaboration with HR stakeholders (CoEs, HR Ops, regional HR).
Your Experience & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of HR experience.
  • Experience with HR strategy execution and business partnering.
  • Stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS systems is desirable.
  • Strong data analytics and HR metrics experience is desirable.
