Job Title: Human Resources Director
Location: Millsboro, DE

Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility in Millsboro, DE area is hiring for a Full Time Human Resources Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests

  • Responsible for the onboarding of new hires, performing background checks, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates

  • Responsible for facility payroll

  • Maintain and track FMLA and LOA Leave processes in facility.

  • Maintain accurate personnel files, licensure/certification tracking, and mandatory in-service training records in accordance with state survey requirements.
