What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same! In this role, you'll:

  • Help recruit and welcome new team members by supporting hiring and onboarding activities.
  • Keep employee records accurate and organized while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Answer employee questions and help connect them with the resources they need.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and safety programs.
  • Help plan company events, celebrations, and other activities that bring our teams together.
  • Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and special projects.
  • Partner with the HRD team to improve processes and create a positive employee experience.
