What You'll Be DoingNo two days are exactly the same! In this role, you'll:
- Help recruit and welcome new team members by supporting hiring and onboarding activities.
- Keep employee records accurate and organized while maintaining confidentiality.
- Answer employee questions and help connect them with the resources they need.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and safety programs.
- Help plan company events, celebrations, and other activities that bring our teams together.
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and special projects.
- Partner with the HRD team to improve processes and create a positive employee experience.

An associate degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred, along with previous HR or administrative experience.

- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to maintain sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Problem-solving skills with ability to support process improvement and collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to consistently apply HR policies and procedures
Required education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Or equivalent combination of experience and education
Preferred education and experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR processes strongly preferred
