This role supports leaders across multiple functions, providing expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management.The HRBP plays a critical role in driving business performance through people strategies, while also ensuring a strong employee experience and alignment with ANDMORE’s culture, mission, and values. This role will be a Hybrid role working out of Las Vegas, NV or Atlanta, GA. What You’ll DoKey responsibilities include: Strategic Partnership
  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and action plans
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent optimization
  • Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and team engagement
Talent Management & Development
  • Partner with Talent Management COE Lead to support and drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Partner to Identify talent gaps and partner on succession planning and leadership development
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and action planning
Employee Relations & Culture
  • Partner with Employee Relations COE lead to serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture aligned with ANDMORE values
  • Support conflict resolution, investigations, and risk mitigation as needed
HR Operations & Execution
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and critical role prioritization
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Tech, and People Analytics to ensure data-driven decision making
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements
Change Management & Communication
  • Partner with cross functional teams to support change initiatives, including organizational changes, restructuring, and transformation efforts
  • Drive clear, transparent communication between leadership and employees
  • Support leaders through change with tools, coaching, and structured approaches
What You’ll BringQualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 to10+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct HRBP or HR Generalist experience
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations
