Multiple Territories Across New York | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Temp-to-Perm

Human Edge Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a leading home-based healthcare organization as a Regional Field Nurse Supervisor. This is an outstanding opportunity for an RN with home care leadership experience who enjoys mentoring clinicians, ensuring quality patient care, and working independently in the field.

Compensation

$68.00–$72.00 per hour (based on experience)

Orientation: Bronx, NY

Schedule
  • Full-Time

  • Monday–Friday

  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • 1-hour unpaid lunch

  • No routine weekends

Setting
  • Field-based home visits

  • Diagnostic & Treatment Center (DTC)

  • Medical Practice

Must-Haves
  • Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Previous Home Care or Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) experience

  • Supervisory or clinical leadership experience

  • Experience conducting nursing supervisory visits and competency evaluations

  • Strong knowledge of home care regulations and clinical documentation

  • Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills

  • Valid New York State driver's license

  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel throughout assigned territory

  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience providing staff education and clinical in-services

  • Quality assurance or performance improvement experience

  • OASIS knowledge

  • Case management or care coordination experience

  • Bilingual skills

What You'll Do
  • Conduct supervisory joint visits with Field Nurses in patients' homes

  • Mentor, coach, and support clinical field staff

  • Provide orientation, training, and ongoing clinical education

  • Monitor quality of care and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Perform clinical nursing duties in the Diagnostic & Treatment Center (DTC) or Medical Practice as needed

  • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness

  • Identify opportunities for clinical improvement and best practices

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
