Human Edge Healthcare Staffing

Human Edge Staffing is actively hiring experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for immediate openings at a long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Wayne, NJ.

We are seeking dependable CNAs who are comfortable working in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and are available to work every other weekend.

Qualified candidates may interview and start quickly.

Available Shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule Requirement
  • Every other weekend required
Position Types
  • Per Diem
  • Part-Time
  • Full-Time

MUST HAVE
  • Active New Jersey CNA License
  • Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehab experience
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Strong patient care skills
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
  • Ability to work well with nursing staff and residents

NICE TO HAVE
  • Dementia care experience
  • Rehab or subacute experience
  • EMR/charting experience
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Experience in fast-paced facilities

CNA Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Support resident comfort, safety, and mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition
  • Answer call lights and provide compassionate resident care
  • Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent resident service
