Required Qualifications:
Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, implementing and monitoring policies and practices related to the HR department and other duties assigned in providing quality services for individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Benefits:
Full benefits package to include: Medical, Dental, Vision, MetLife Accident Plan, Critical Illness, company-paid Short-Term. Also offered are 10 paid holidays, Paid Time Off, Wellness Time and a 403b retirement plan with Roundup Fellowship-match after one (1) year.
(Benefits are subject to change based on reevaluation or benefit plan changes annually.) Benefits begin at first of the following month after completing a full 30 days of employment (i.e. start date 4 January 2025, benefits initiate 1 March 2025).
Pay Range: $60,000 – 65,000 annually paid bi-weekly based off experience and education.
Shift: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (in office)
