Flexcraft is hiring an onsite HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, training, and HR coordination across all of our manufacturing operations.
This role plays a central part in keeping HR processes organized, on track, and running smoothly. Youโll help coordinate hiring activity, ensure new hires get started successfully, track training and compliance requirements, and support the day-to-day execution of HR operations.

Coordination, organization, communication, and execution
What Youโll Do- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
- Keep recruiting activity moving through consistent follow-up
- Post and manage job openings across platforms (ADP, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the ATS
- Coordinate onboarding, including scheduling, communication, and documentation
- Support and track employee training and completion
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support HR compliance coordination by organizing and tracking required documentation, training, and certifications
- Assist in preparing and maintaining audit-ready HR files and records
- Support day-to-day HR coordination needs across the department
- Partner with HR and operations to support workforce and staffing needs
- Help improve organization and efficiency within HR processes
What Weโre Looking For- 2+ years in HR coordination or recruiting coordination
- Experience supporting onboarding, training, or compliance tracking
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting platforms
