Our success has been built on exceptional customer service, long-term relationships, practical expertise, and a commitment to helping our customers make informed decisions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing & Growth to lead strategy, branding, content production, lead generation, CRM systems, and marketing operations across multiple brands and business divisions.

A key responsibility of this role is overseeing the creation, production, publication, and distribution of a high volume of marketing deliverables across multiple brands and business units.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build systems, manage people, and execute initiatives that drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to understand our customers, solutions, and market, then translate that knowledge into strategies, campaigns, and content that drive measurable growth.

Success in this role requires more than marketing expertise. It requires a genuine commitment to learning our business, understanding our customers, and becoming an integral part of our team.

While some responsibilities may be performed remotely, this role requires regular in-person collaboration with leadership, participation in meetings, content production activities, industry events, and occasional visits to project locations. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Rancho Cucamonga and able to be present when needed.

  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and contractors
  • Strong understanding of StoryBrand principles and customer-centric messaging

  • Experience marketing to public agencies, educational institutions, facilities directors, procurement professionals, or similar audiences
  • Experience developing public-sector brand campaigns
  • Experience marketing technical products, services, or solutions
  • Experience creating educational content for facilities, operations, construction, or procurement audiences

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Qualified lead generation
