About Bold Orange:

Bold Orange (BOCO) is a customer experience company. We believe authentic human connections are the single most important driver of business and societal progress. We exist to create these connections across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to engagement to retention. Our culture is one of curiosity, collaboration, proactivity and always bringing the outside, future focused perspective to our clients.
Position Summary:

The Solution Strategist, Snowflake is a critical and highly visible role within Bold Orange's (BOCO) Technology Team, sitting at the intersection of presales, partner strategy, client solutioning and technical delivery. This individual serves as Bold Orange's lead Snowflake technical voice, representing BOCO with clients, partners, and the Snowflake field organization, owning the platform relationship from a delivery and solution lens while partnering closely with our Partner Alliance Growth Director to accelerate pipeline and deepen our Snowflake partnership.

The ideal candidate brings proven presales engineering experience, the ability to translate complex data architecture concepts into compelling client-facing narratives, and a track record of driving deals and partnerships forward through technical credibility. This person is energized not just by the technology, but by what it enables: more relevant, connected, and timely experiences for our clients' customers. Snowflake certifications are strongly preferred. This person will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where they wear multiple hats, moving fluidly between client discovery, solution design, and partner enablement.

Responsibiltes:

  • Partner with Growth, Client Service, and Technical Delivery teams to provide presales Snowflake expertise across new business pursuits, RFPs, and strategic account expansions in the context of using data solutions to impact customer experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Assist with solution design and scoping sessions with prospective and current clients, translating business objectives into high-level Snowflake-centric architectures.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements showcasing BOCO’s Snowflake capabilities.
  • Represent Bold Orange in Snowflake partner-facing sales activities, including joint opportunity development with Snowflake’s field and alliance teams.
  • Connect data platform capabilities to real marketing and business outcomes, articulating how Snowflake-powered solutions drive audience precision, personalization at scale, and measurable CX impact for BOCO clients

Snowflake Platform Ownership & SME

  • Maintain a customer experience lens on Snowflake's evolving capabilities, understanding how features like data sharing, CoCo, and clean rooms translate into better customer segmentation, activation, and engagement.
  • Serve as BOCO’s internal Snowflake SME across data sharing, Snowpark, dynamic tables, CoCo, CoWork, and Horizon governance capabilities.
  • Maintain depth on Snowflake’s product roadmap and partner ecosystem, proactively surfacing opportunities for clients.
  • Assist on BOCO’s Snowflake delivery standards, best practices, and internal knowledge base.
  • Assist on internal enablement and solution sessions to upskill engineers and architects on Snowflake capabilities and emerging features.

Partner Alliance Support

  • Work alongside the BOCO Partner Alliance Growth Director on joint pipeline development, co-selling motions, and Snowflake partner enablement requirements.
  • Contribute to partner reference submissions, case studies, and competency documentation strengthening BOCO’s ecosystem standing.
  • Maintain Snowflake partner certifications and program eligibility; represent BOCO at Snowflake events and partner days.

Conceptual Solution Architecture

  • Advise on and create design and document of conceptual architectures for client engagements, leveraging Snowflake as the core data layer.
  • Create architecture diagrams, data flow documentation, and integration maps for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design data architectures with the full customer journey in mind, ensuring Snowflake serves as a reliable foundation for audience creation, journey orchestration, and cross-channel personalization in platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Braze, and HubSpot.
  • Ensure proposed architectures meet client governance, security, and compliance needs, and collaborate on clean handoff to delivery teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Deep Snowflake expertise; SnowPro Core certification required, SnowPro Advanced (Data Engineer, Architect, or Data Analyst) strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years in a presales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting role, preferably in marketing technology, data, or analytics services.
