OVERVIEW: Are you a HubSpot expert with a knack for helping others get the most from this powerful platform?
Then this is the perfect role for you! 
Simple Strat is a Diamond-level HubSpot Solutions Partner and we manage the largest HubSpot tutorial channel on YouTube: HubSpot Hacks. We're well on our way to creating significant impact in the HubSpot community and have an immediate need for an additional HubSpot consultant!
The HubSpot Solutions Consultant role is responsible for delivering expert HubSpot consulting, implementation, and training. As a key member of Simple Strat, this role manages a portfolio of client relationships, helping them continuously extract more value from HubSpot. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with the HubSpot platform, experienced in delighting clients they manage directly, and thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment that provides autonomy to solve problems and drive measurable results.
Our team enjoys the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, along with a tight-knit vibe that's typically only found among in-person teams.
Please note that we are only considering US-based people with experience providing HubSpot consulting to multiple clients at this time. If that doesn't describe you, please keep an eye out for other upcoming roles from our team.
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage implementation projects and retainer relationships, ensuring quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage client communications, keeping them up to date on project status and answering questions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct HubSpot audits to help clients understand where they may be deviating from best practices.
  • Hold discovery meetings to understand client challenges and create implementation plans to achieve their goals.
  • Execute hands-on HubSpot onboarding, consulting, and implementation work inside client portals across the full HubSpot platform.
  • Help clients identify additional ways they can leverage HubSpot to create value for their organization.
  • Provide HubSpot training and documentation to clients' users.
  SUCCESS METRICS The HubSpot Solutions Consultant's performance will be measured primarily on:
  • Billable utilization rate
  • Project budget adherence
  • Client retention and expansion

COLLABORATION & REPORTING
  • Reports to a Lead HubSpot Solutions Consultant.
  • Works closely with:
    • Other consultants (sharing learnings and collaborating to solve client challenges)
    • Marketing team (to provide subject matter expertise for marketing materials)
  SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Deep familiarity with the HubSpot platform.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including capacity planning, schedule development, and budget adherence.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and account management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and audit performance within HubSpot.
  • Clear written and verbal communication for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing client communication and project management with hands-on technical execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • You have 3+ years of experience using HubSpot software, including the initial onboarding process
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a HubSpot partner agency
  • You have 2+ years of experience training others on HubSpot software 
  • You have experience managing client relationships
  • You have experience with project management; developing project plans and schedules, and leading those projects to successful conclusions
  • You have experience with helping others solve problems or implement new strategies using HubSpot's capabilities
  • You have proficient knowledge of the business strategies and functions that companies use HubSpot to execute (ie. inbound marketing, inside sales, etc.)
  • You have experience with basic troubleshooting and auditing performance within HubSpot
  • You are eligible for full-time, W2 employment in the United States and are able to work during standard US business hours
  • Bonus: You have experience with API integrations, coded workflow actions, and/or HubSpot development

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Typical base salary range: $80,000-$90,000/year depending on experience
