Salary:

SUMMARY

The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will support the duPont REGISTRY Group by bridging creative vision with operational execution. This role will coordinate the lifecycle of marketing assets, maintain system integrity, and execute audience engagement strategies to ensure all luxury brand initiatives are delivered on time and at the highest standard.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Asset & Operations Support

  • Coordinate Asset Management: Maintain the digital library, ensuring all logos, imagery, and templates are current and accessible.
  • Support Brand Stewardship: Organize sales tools, pitch decks, and Media Kits within Canva to ensure the team uses only approved versions.
  • Coordinate Systems Data: Will support data entry within HubSpot and Airtable, ensuring the accuracy of project statuses and creative links.

Campaign & Audience Coordination

  • Coordinate Workflows: Partner with creative teams to align daily production with the master marketing calendar.
  • Support Email Marketing: Will coordinate the production of brand newsletters, including content assembly, testing, and deployment.
  • Support Lead Generation: Execute targeted outreach and will coordinate the transfer of leads to the sales department.

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate Campaign Metrics: Aggregate data from HubSpot and Airtable to support the creation of post-campaign wrap reports.
  • Support Strategic Reviews: Prepare performance recaps and client-facing collateral for manager-led reviews.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 02 years of experience in marketing or project coordination (relevant internships included).
  • Technical Proficiency: Professional command of Google Workspace. Hands-on experience with Canva, Airtable, and HubSpot is strongly preferred (Klaviyo is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to maintain a sophisticated, luxury brand voice.
  • Attributes: Attention to detail and the ability to pivot between analytical reporting and creative execution.
