The Fulfillment Specialist – HST is responsible for setting up home sleep study equipment and CPAP equipment and accurately shipping to patients as well as cleaning, preparing, inventorying, and stocking HST and PAP equipment. The expectation of this position is to provide a first-class patient experience, with every patient interaction.


This position is fully onsite.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sets up equipment based on sales order requirements
  • Initializes home sleep study equipment
  • Prepares HST or PAP equipment for shipping
  • Responsible for troubleshooting issues with shipping including filing claims with shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Cleans and disinfects HST and PAP equipment per company infection control procedures
  • Creates new or updated sales orders as necessary
  • Stocks equipment and perform inventory counts to ensure all equipment is accounted for and tracked
  • Communicates and educates patients on medical equipment and sleep disorders
  • Communicates with patients, physicians and other health care staff regarding diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Contacts patients by telephone to collect outstanding pending equipment
  • Works competently in Brightree to access and retrieve patients, insurance, and billing information as needed
  • Supports the Clinical department and warehouse with inventory control, cleaning and administrative duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Detail oriented, good people skills and the ability to follow-up
  • Ability to deal pleasantly and patiently with patients, employees and vendors
  • Must be able to speak and read English fluently; bilingual (Spanish) a strong plus, but not required
  • Must be able to work weekends and overtime as scheduled

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school graduate or possess G.E.D.
  • Highly preferred 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving or inventory control
  • Highly preferred prior experience in medical equipment and handling
  • MS Office computer skills required

$20.00 - $24.00 / hour DOE
