Job description

We utilize a strategic sales system of project pursuit and superior technical knowledge to gain an advantage over our competition. You’ll enjoy top-notch benefits and pay while working for a respected company. HRL is based in Commerce City, CO, and operates throughout the state. We will consider top candidates with relevant experience in similar industries, but sales experience is a must-have.

You will meet with construction site personnel to identify project heating needs and design a plan for the project. You will be in control of every aspect of the sales process. You will identify decision makers, set appointments, create estimates, and close deals. Secondary functions will be job-site communication, coordinating with other trades, and remotely managing your projects through completion. Our main office is in Commerce City, but you will frequently travel the Front Range to meet with customers.

You will become an expert in construction heating. You will have constant support to familiarize yourself with this unique industry. HRL will provide all relevant technical data and calculation software you’ll need. If you have a good sales foundation, we will make you better.

Preferred Experience: Construction experience, HVAC knowledge, familiarity with construction plans

Requirements: 3 years outside sales experience, a competitive nature, money motivated, computer skills, and a good driving record
