Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with recruiting experience to support both hiring and day-to-day HR operations Activities.
This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment along with core HR activities like onboarding, employee support, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and update HR systems (HRIS/ATS)
  • Support employee relations and respond to HR-related queries
  • Help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks and reports
  • Working closely with (stakeholders, delivery team, sales team and vendor)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
