Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the day-to-day functionality of the organization's HRIS (currently UKG).
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, compensation, referrals, census, and other workforce metrics.
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business and workforce decisions.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to implement enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and queries.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and implementation of new functionality.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, process guides, and training materials.
  • Respond to HRIS-related inquiries and provide end-user support and training.
  • Compile and prepare data reports, summaries, audits, and analyses requested by HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support data integrations and data transfer processes between HR and related business systems.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and audits as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or other related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of HRIS, HR Operations, reporting, analytics or related experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in UKG, Ultipro, or similar HRIS system required.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis. SQL background a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of HR, payroll, benefits.
  • Ability to establish priorities, proceed with objectives, and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Manual dexterity required to constantly operate a computer.
  • Able to hear and see to communicate and exchange information.
