The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting the full range of human resources functions at Voloridge, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. This position will serve as a trusted resource for employees while helping to create a positive, engaging, and productive workplace. At Voloridge, we place a strong emphasis on cultivating an exceptional employee experience and workplace culture, and the HR Generalist will play a key role in strengthening and sustaining that culture across the organization.
Summary of Job Functions
  • Administer new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on company policies and helping resolve workplace concerns
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and 401(k) enrollment
  • Ensure company practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Manage a robust intern program, including onboarding, mentorship coordination, curated calendar of professional and social events, travel, and development of meaningful project work for interns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Partner with management and leadership to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate and help deliver employee training and professional development programs
  • Assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and administration of merit increases
  • Manage leave of absence requests and processes, including FMLA, short/long-term disability, and other statutory leave programs
  • Conduct workplace investigations as needed and prepare thorough, accurate documentation
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for review by leadership
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar broad-based human resources role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEO regulations
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
  • The ability to work daily, onsite in our Jupiter office

Preferred Skills and Previous Experience
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms
