Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a dynamic and evolving HR function. This individual will work closely with leadership to assist in managing day-to-day HR operations across multiple areas, including employee relations, payroll support, HR systems, and benefits administration. This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support payroll processes and ensure accuracy in coordination with a dedicated payroll resource
  • Assist with HRIS implementation efforts, including system updates, data validation, testing, and documentation
  • Provide support in handling employee relations matters, including documentation and issue resolution
  • Update and maintain internal HR policies and employee handbook materials
  • Administer and manage benefits-related updates, including HSA/FSA processes within HR systems
  • Support vendor coordination and assist with benefits-related projects such as broker evaluations and RFP processes
  • Contribute to various HR initiatives and provide general administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations

Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity, including benefits, payroll, recruiting, employee relations and retention
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred; ADP experience a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, policies, and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting HR system implementations or upgrades is highly preferred
  • Ability to identify trends, think critically, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
