What You'll Do
As our HR Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the employees of Premier Community Bank. Your responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll and general ledger entries following each payroll.
  • Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new hires and organizing orientation day activities across departments.
  • Manage benefits administration for new hires and assist with benefit changes for current employees including annual open enrollment.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts by posting available employment positions, reviewing applications, and conducting phone interviews to fill vacant positions.

Skills for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • High School diploma, or equivalent required; and three years of clerical or administrative experience in a highly complex work environment required.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities quickly.
  • Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and to interact and communicate with customers and employees of the bank.
