Position Summary Reporting to the HR Service Center Program Manager, the HR Service Center Representative serves as the frontline point of contact for employees seeking assistance with general HR-related inquiries and concerns. The representative provides high-quality customer service by addressing employee questions, resolving

Key Responsibilities

  • Address inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures, and general employment matters.
  • Assist employees with HR tasks, including onboarding, benefit program enrollments (health, retirement, wellness), and personal information updates.
  • Resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and workplace policies in a timely manner.
  • Utilize an electronic case management tool to maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions for reporting purposes.
  • Educate employees on company HR policies, updates, and available self-service resources.
  • Handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality and discretion, adhering to privacy standards.
  • Apply critical thinking to identify when cases should be escalated to Tier 1 (senior team members) or Tier 2 (subject matter experts), communicating response expectations clearly to employees.
