Program Manager
Pay: $50.00/hr

Location: 3760 E Paris Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Program Manager for our manufacturing industry client to start immediately at $50/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate new product launch activities from initial customer commitment through PPAP approval and ongoing change management.
  • Work with sales to identify customer requirements: materials, tolerances, inspection, documentation, testing, packaging, delivery.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm requirements and visit facilities as needed.
  • Partner with vendors and purchasing to secure pricing and support design or part change negotiations.
  • Manage expedited quotes, launch requests, and generate cost estimates within ERP systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or industry experience.
  • Manufacturing experience required; automotive manufacturing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, especially automotive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access; experience with AutoCAD.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
