Job description

Location: 3618 PELHAM RD, GREENVILLE, SC, 29615 We want to see you on our team. Do you have a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams. As a department manager you will provide leadership to crew members and other management to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers.

As a department manager you must demonstrate leadership ability by scheduling shifts effectively in advance, build constructive and effective relationships to make sure the team is meeting McDonald's standards. Shift managers monitor safety, security, profitability and must ensure proper communication throughout the team. You will be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping assigned departments meet their goals. For the kitchen department manager, you must manage the kitchen department and food cost, conduct inventory and manage bi-weekly ordering

For the people department you must prepare weekly schedules and manage labor for the restaurant. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Most importantly we're looking for team players to help drive the team, create a fun environment and produce exemplary results in a fast paced environment.While working with our organization you also be able to take advantage of the benefits provided to you by Mcdonald's such as:Starting pay rate ranges from $16 to $22 an hour with completion of Department Manager curriculum and class and verification. $16/hour prior to completion of stated requirements
