Job Description:
Human Resources Manager - Polyester Films Division
We are seeking a seasoned and confident Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our Polyester Films Division in Greer, SC. This is a highly visible leadership role supporting a dynamic manufacturing operation and partnering closely with site leadership to drive business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
We are looking for an experienced HR leader with strong employment law knowledge, executive presence, and the ability to confidently navigate complex employee and business matters. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can make sound decisions, provide strategic guidance, and operate independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the site HR team while overseeing day-to-day HR operations
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategy
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives across the site
  • Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to leaders and support effective decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support organizational change initiatives and leadership development efforts
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation administration, and HR processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with atleast 3+ years of leadership responsibility
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and build credibility across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated confidence handling complex employee relations and business matters
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary may also be subject to geographic adjustment if authorization is granted to work outside of the posted location.
