Talent Acquisition/HR Intern

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay: $16.60 hourly (up to 37.5 hours)

Department: Human Capital

Superior Insurance Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing Human Capital team. This is an 8-week, part-time internship offering hands-on experience across recruiting, HR operations, and talent pipeline development.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working directly with experienced HR and recruiting leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Support the full recruiting lifecycle including job postings, candidate tracking, and interview coordination
  • Assist with job description writing and optimization to improve candidate engagement
  • Help manage and organize candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
  • Provide onboarding and HR operations support through Paylocity
  • Assist with candidate data organization and migration from Indeed into Greenhouse
  • Create outreach templates and support recruiting communications
  • Contribute to producer market mapping and talent pipeline development
  • Support process improvement projects and documentation (SOPs)

What We're Looking For
