Malone Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Hospitality Associates for Jeffersonville's leading Hospital! This position is available through the temp-to-hire program in place with Malone Solutions. Competitive pay, and access to incredible benefits once completing temp-to-hire working requirement.
HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATE HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Starting pay $16.25/hr. Pay raise after 400hrs completed, based on years of experience.
  • Shift time: Must be able to work between 6:30am-7:00pm with every other weekend available
  • 401K with up to 4% company match upon being hired on full time
  • Health, Vision, Dental upon being hired on full time
  • Tuition Reimbursement upon being hired on full time
  • Temp-to-hire positions
  • Paid time off upon being hired on full time
HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Taking patients orders, building food cart, and delivering the food and drinks to the patients rooms.
  • Consistently meet the needs of the patient through good working rapport.
  • Maintain cafeteria w/ cleanliness, stock, and good customer service to the guests.
HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in customer service and food prep preferred
  • ServSafe Food Safety is desired (not required)
  • GED is desired (not required)
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
