Human Resources Implementation Consultant (ADPTM)

Be an HCM Subject Matter Expert:
We understand that not every client has the technical expertise, time, or resources to successfully meet every implementation, payroll, and staff augmentation challenge. That's why we, at FosterThomas, engage our team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) to reduce our clients' burden. We provide the people required to tackle these challenges and offer the best strategies and solutions for any daily demand our clients may face. Join our team and help clients maximize their HCM solutions' ROI and lessen the time required by in-house staff. Be the trusted and valued SME for your client!
Responsibilities
Manage all HR module phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness, and budgets
Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project/module vehicles and coordination of resources
Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project
Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the module implementation
Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
Make decisions based on information and input on time
- This is a virtual role that may require 15% travel to client sites
Qualifications
3+ Years proven work experience working with ADP products, specifically WFN in an HR capacity, and a 4-year college degree or a combination thereof
Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Thorough knowledge of other HCM products is a plus
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
Proven consulting, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Commitment to being accountable for results, both individually and as a team
Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
