Position Overview:
You will serve as a Senior Human Resources generalist supporting assigned manufacturing departments. Duties will include employee relations, staffing, performance management, and core HR programs. In this role, you partner closely with leaders and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, effective talent processes, and positive employee experiences in both manufacturing and office environments. You contribute to recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation and benefits support, and employee relations activities while maintaining accurate documentation and data. This role is a compelling opportunity because it offers broad exposure to end-to-end HR operations and the ability to make a direct impact on workforce effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate employee relations, staffing, and performance management activities for assigned business units.
• Partner with supervisors and managers on recruitment, including interviewing candidates and supporting selection decisions.
• Develop and implement recruiting and staffing strategies to meet business needs.
• Ensure consistent interpretation and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
• Advise employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs and related questions.
• Deliver training and communication on HR programs, benefits, policies, and processes.
• Support the development and delivery of new employee orientation and training programs.
• Address employee concerns and complaints, provide guidance on performance or conduct issues, and recommend appropriate corrective or disciplinary actions.
• Counsel employees on job responsibilities, career development, benefits programs, and employment policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and complete required termination documentation.
• Support managers with employee relations documentation, recordkeeping, and corrective action processes.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions, track HR data, prepare reports, and support hiring initiatives and company events as needed.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working within an HRIS or HR systems environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing and office environment.
