HR Generalist

Are you a dedicated Human Resources professional ready to make a difference in a dynamic environment? Our client, a respected project management firm located in downtown Dallas, Texas, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in a full-time, onsite capacity.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support daily HR operations, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to a thriving organizational culture.

In this role, you will administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plans; coordinate onboarding processes; maintain accurate HR records; and serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership. Your expertise will help foster a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support continuous process improvements.


HR Generalist Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR best practices.
