Consulting Development Program Analyst
The Consulting Development Program Analyst role is a structured, one-year development program designed to prepare you for a successful career as an Application Consultant at Aktion. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world client exposure, you'll build the skills needed to help organizations optimize their business processes and implement leading accounting and business management solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a comprehensive development program focused on ERP systems, business processes, and client consulting.
  • Learn how to support organizations in implementing accounting and business management technologies that drive operational success.
  • Partner with experienced Application Consultants on client projects, gaining practical consulting and project experience.
  • Assist with software implementation, configuration, testing, training, and client support activities.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, support data analysis, streamline consulting activities, and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by communicating proactively and professionally throughout engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.
  • Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to transition into a permanent Application Consultant role.
Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Interest in technology, business systems, consulting, and process improvement.
  • Exposure to or knowledge of ERP Systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated achievement in academics, work experience, leadership roles, internships, or extracurricular activities.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
